Lovely place to stay!

It’s the second time we stayed at K8. The room is spacious, comfortable and we like the location (a more residential area). We only stayed 1 day/night, so it was perfect for us. K8 even let us check in a bit earlier, which was very kind :) Thank you.

Great location in a friendly area.

A good sized apartment in a great neighborhood. . We didn't meet Maria, out host, but she helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport and she offered us a midweek refresh of our room as we were staying for a week. The roof terrace was nice.

Apartment was very basic and the furniture was tired. The basin in the bathroom served as the kitchen sink. With a little effort this apartment could be much improved. Towels were clean but old, one had a hole in it. Towels were not changed when our apartment was refreshed and toilet paper was not replenished.

Great value central accomodation

Nice apartment, enjoyed the private balcony and being so close to the train station and city center. Local coffee shops, wine bar and supermarkets under 5 minutes walk.

The area around the apartment is rundown and dirty, but this seems to be a lot of areas in the city. The coffee machine and jug weren't very clean so we didn't use them.

Very neat, cozy, clean, welcoming, well connected to the Metro system. An easy find that I'd love to go back to

A small "kitchen", but only one sink, in the nearby bathroom. Toilets are very close to the shower. No full closure of the showers at least in my apartment.

The room was great for our purposes and the communication with staff was clear and helpful

Good value for the money

The apartment was clean and good value for the money. Communication with Maria was very easy, though we haven't met. Petralona is a cool neighbourhood, on Wednesday there is a beautiful farmers market right around the corner, and your are a few minutes away from the metro and a few more to the cool bars and restaurants of Ano Petralona.

It's budget accommodation, don't expect anything fancy. They're is no sink in the kitchen so you wash the dishes in the bathroom. Some art on the wall or other decor could really revive the place.

I really enjoyed my stay in K8. I recommend to those who search for their second home in Athens.

The location is in a very authentique Athenian neighbourhood. You can feel and see how local people live and people are very nice around. A ten minutes walk to the metro station, Petralona, which is very close to centre but in a more relaxed atmosphere. Very spacious and lofty room, interior with taste. Maria, the host of the place is very nice and quick to response to any questions.

There are two airconditioner in bedroom and salon, but I still feel a bit cold. Otherwise everything's good.

Charming studios in friendly neighbourhood

Charming studios in pretty, friendly, neighbourhood. Close to metro and easy walking distance to lovely cafes. Facilities good. Although we didn't meet the hosts, communication was welcoming and efficient. Would stay again.

Perfect location, big and clean room. Lot of space for parking on street.

Some plates and forks were dirty. And it would be great to put bigger knife in kitchen for cutting fruits and veggies.

very pleasant

The place was tiny but had everything you need for a short stay! Location was centric, quiet and it felt safe at all times. I asked for food references and it they provided with some information really quick. I had a great stay, the WIFI worked well so I could work from the balcony which was a plus! overall stay was great, I will recommend for single travelers or couples for a short stay :)

The AC could be a bit better as it never felt like it was cold enough when it was turned on. Perhaps have another AC at the entrance or in the bathroom area would be helpful to keep the place cool.

Wonderful

They sent helpful information for late check-in, and included recommendations for breakfast and dinner.

Light shining in from the door made it hard to sleep in the early morning. Pillows could be more comfortable.

The house is very cute with its different rooms and spaces and the sunny rooftop terrace. We liked the location, not as troubled as in the cuty center but close enough to walk there. We liked that we could preper some food and tea or coffee inside our private studio apartment but that there was also a common kitchen with cooking plates.

The bathroom could have been cleaner at arrival and the shower curtain was always flying up to your body because it’s too light. The curtain also could use a washing. Besides that it seemed that the person before us used the waterboiler to make coffee, so we had to deeply clean it ourself before we could make some tea.
